gnats-user software package provides problem report management system - client tools, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnats-user
gnats-user is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnats-user package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnats-user *
You will get with gnats-user package name, version, architecture and description in a table
